U.S. customers, please use USPS when returning products to Canada to avoid hefty clearance charges.


Getting the correct size is the key to using a baby carrier that’s comfortable for you and your child, so we make it easy to exchange a sling for a different size. All exchanges need to be in perfect condition and returned to Pippalily in their original packaging.
Please include:

  • The desired size
  • Fabric selection
  • Return address
  • Phone number

And $9 to cover shipping. Cheques made payable to Pippalily.


Most moms find their children love our designer baby slings, so we encourage you to try another size before giving up. If Pippalily’s carriers and other products just aren’t right for your family, we’ll give you back your money (excluding shipping) for any product purchased directly from us.
