When and why did you open your store?
We opened in March 2007 with the goal of offering baby products that were urban, natural and simple. A lot of eco-friendly and safe products were only available online at the time and we felt there was a need for a baby store that carried these things.

What makes your store unique?
We have always offered an extensive selection of ethically made products, such as items made of safer materials, organic and natural fabrics, fair trade certified, items made locally, etc. We're constantly searching for unique new lines that fit within our philosophy. Our store is also visually appealing which a lot of customers appreciate. We wanted to create an environment that was friendly, informative and that did not feel overwhelming for first-time parents.

What do you love most about your business?
We offer green products that are stylish, sleek, and functional, so we are appealing to a wide range of customers.

Any fun facts about your store that most people wouldn't know?
Cheryl's cocker spaniel comes to work with her everyday. He's playing with his ball in the basement. Cheryl & Gini were social workers before opening the store.
